Notice to all Luxury Home Tour Inc. Members, Affiliates, and Guests. We are currently meeting at St. Barnabas on the Desert, 6715 North Mockingbird Lane, Paradise Valley, generally on the second and fourth Fridays of each month (view the Tour Calendar for specific dates.)
----------------------------------------------------- Policy Change As of January 1, 2006, we are accepting only cash or Discount Cards (Punch Cards) for Admission to the Tour ($5 for Members, $10 for non-Members.)
to the Luxury Home Tour, Inc. Established in 1982, Luxury Home Tour Inc. began with the purpose of networking and touring homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and Scottsdale of “architectural significance.”
Members are encouraged to place active AZ MLS listings on tour. The listing price of the home must be at least $1,000,000 (occupied.) Vacant listings and/or listings on lockbox must be a minimum list price of $2,000,000.
Tout Cards are also available prior to 8:30 AM; touts are an important part of our networking efforts during the meeting. Touts (limited to 30 seconds please) for listings and/or buyer needs must be a minimum of $1,000,000, luxury leases at least $4,000/month, and greater than $600,000 for lots and land.
The tour is a caravan tour for Luxury Home Tour members only. The tour begins immediately following the meeting and is usually completed about 12 noon. Members can pick up a printed tour guide at the meeting for the homes on tour that day.
